Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are granted for purchases made on Rapidsend AI Studio. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and, where you qualify as a consumer, alongside the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code.

1. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Article liminaire of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without stating a reason.

Because the Service is a digital service supplied online, when you purchase a credit pack you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code. Until you start using the Service within the 14-day window, your right of withdrawal remains available.

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

2. Credit packs

  • Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if no credits have been consumed.
  • Once any credit has been used, the purchase is considered performed and is no longer refundable.
  • Unused credits never expire — you can keep them on your account as long as the account is active.

3. Exceptions

  • We may refuse refund requests where the Service has been used in breach of the Terms of Service (including abusive usage, automated mass querying, or content violating our Acceptable Use policy).
  • We may refuse refund requests in the event of repeated refund claims by the same customer or beneficiary without objective justification.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, including the invoice number and the reason for the request. We examine refund requests within 10 business days and, when granted, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after approval.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to the suspension of your account.
